Behind every completed move is work that often goes unseen. Off The Field focuses on identifying opportunities that align with players’ abilities and ambitions, strengthening professional relationships with clubs, and managing the details required to turn opportunities into tangible progress. Our role extends beyond facilitating transfers; we work behind the scenes to support players’ career development and help create pathways for their continued growth in football.

Joining Al-Tai FC gives Gambian player Sika the opportunity to embrace a new challenge, demonstrate his abilities, and contribute to his new team as he pursues the next stage of his professional journey.

Off The Field Agency wishes Sika every success with Al-Tai FC and hopes this new chapter brings continued development, valuable experience, and further achievements throughout his career.
